Srinagar, Nov 07: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Friday celebrated the 150th anniversary of the iconic national song “Vande Mataram” with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at the Group Centre, CRPF Srinagar.
522 Officers & Jawans, led by Rajesh Kumar, ADG JK Zone, joined in a powerful rendition of “Vande Mataram” on its historic 150th anniversary. The event concluded with the collective singing of the song and a pledge to uphold national integrity and harmony.
Rajesh Kumar, ADG J&K Zone CRPF, highlighted the timeless relevance of “Vande Mataram” as a symbol of unity, sacrifice, and devotion to the motherland.
