You’ll need to be careful if you plan to drive on the roads this morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for all of central Alabama until 9 a.m.

Visibility could be reduced to a quarter of a mile or less. Slow down and make sure you only use your low beams. Fog is very likely along and east of Interstate-65 this morning.

Foggy conditions will likely improve by mid to late morning.

We are watching a weak cold front that will likely push through the state today.

Ahead of the front, we remain muggy and warm with temperatures in the low to mid 60s. An isolated shower or storm will remain possible this morning and into the afternoon hours, but the majority of us will likely remain dry.
