PHOENIX — Eastbound US 60 in Mesa closed on Saturday morning due to a crash, authorities said.

The closure is at Stapley Drive, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The westbound lanes were unaffected by the crash.

There is no estimated time for when the freeway will reopen.

ADOT advised drivers to expect delays and seek an alternate route.
