UPS and FedEx ground MD-11 cargo planes after a crash at Louisville’s UPS hub killed 14 people Tuesday.

The MD-11s represent about 9% of UPS’s fleet and 4% of FedEx’s aircraft, grounded temporarily at Boeing’s recommendation while a safety review is conducted.

The aircraft’s left engine detached and its wing caught fire during takeoff, investigators said.
