BOISE, Idaho — Two people had non-life-threatening injuries Saturday evening when a small plane crashed outside Boise Airport.
The Boise Fire and Boise Police, in a joint statement to KTVB, said the crash happened near the intersection of Orchard Street, Victory Road and West Wright Street in Boise.
Boise Airport confirmed that the crash involved a Kitfox aircraft with tail number N14PM, which was on approach when it went down around 6:45 p.m.
Officials said Boise first responders and airport operations personnel responded to the scene. No life-threatening injuries were reported.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area, Boise Police said.
Boise Airport stated that the airfield and airspace have not been affected.
