Rapper Rod Wave, best known for songs including Street Runner and Heart On Ice, was arrested on the day he received his first ever Grammy nomination.

Born Rodarius Marcell Green, the 27-year-old American rapper, singer, and songwriter was taken into custody by the Atlanta Police Department on four charges on Friday November 7, having been nominated for a Grammy in the best song written for visual media category for Sinners, the title track from the horror film of the same name.

The four charges included possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of a controlled substance, and reckless driving, according to TMZ.
