A winter appliance has been recalled by some of the UK's biggest retail outlets, including B&Q, The Range, and Debenhams.

The Valiant Radiator Fan has been removed from shelves and taken away from web pages across Amazon, eBay, Temu and TikTok Shop as well.

This electrical device has been recalled by the Office for Product Safety and Standards due to it posing a fire risk.

They explained: "The product presents a risk of fire as the internal Li-ion Polymer battery may fail during charging or whilst in standby mode.

"If the product is charged or left unattended in standby mode, a fault may occur leading to thermal runaway and the product catching fire.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005."
