HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Temperatures were quite cold this morning, as the day started off in the 10s for most locations. There were a few that fell into the single digits. There should be plenty of sunshine with a few upper level clouds. Temperatures will rise, but be wide-ranging across the area. High temperatures will range from the upper 30s and lower 40s in Eastern Nebraska to the 60s to near 70° in the Panhandle. For the highway 83 corridor, it’ll get to the lower 50s. For the Tri-Cities area, we’re looking at mid 40s. South winds will increase and become a bit breezy, possibly getting a little over 15 mph in spots. Eastern areas shouldn’t be as breezy.
