Windsor police have charged one man and are seeking another after more than $1,400 in tools were stolen from a local business in two separate incidents.

Officials said two suspects entered a business in the 1900 block of Cabana Road East on Oct. 24 and took several tools without making any attempt to pay.

One of the suspects allegedly returned four days later and stole more merchandise, according to police.

Officers located and arrested the first suspect in the area of McDougall Street at City Hall Square South on Nov. 3.

The 33-year-old man was charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with a release order.
