Investigators were seeking the public’s help after officers responded to a “targeted” shooting in London’s north end on Monday, police say.
It was about 3:20 a.m. on Monday when London police say they received reports of a possible shooting in the 700-block of Huron Street, an area just east of the intersection of Huron and Adelaide streets.
“Evidence was located confirming multiple shots had struck a residence, while people were inside at the time, thankfully no one was injured,” Douglas Brown, a London police inspector, said in a video statement posted to the London police X page on Monday afternoon.
Brown said the investigation had been reassigned to the London police major crime section and investigators had determined it was a “targeted” shooting.
