TUSCUMBIA, Ala. - A Killen man in jail after authorities say he threatened Deshler High School students and staff in the wake of the August Borden incident.
Robert S. Bowman, 47, was booked in the Colbert County jail on Friday night after authorities say he began engaging the school on Wednesday. He was charged with making a terrorist threat. Bond was set at $10,000.
Police say that elevated to Bowman making threats against the school online. The threats were posted on Facebook Reels and TikTok about 10:40 a.m. Friday.
In one video, police said Bowman mentioned a Justice for August vigil and said, "I have something else planned if the cops don't kill me first.”
