A Huntsville man is one of two U.S. citizens accused of illegally sending artificial intelligence technology to China.
The Department of Justice says Brian Curtis Raymond, 46, is charged with conspiracy to violate the Export Control Reform Act, two counts of ECRA violations, one count of smuggling, one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, and seven counts of money laundering. He faces almost 200 years in prison.
