City plows with the City of Kingston were put into action over the weekend and into Monday as mother nature brought an early snowfall.

While crews were prepared and ready to go, it was the freezing rain that took them by surprise. As a result, crews had to change their course of operations, but in the end, got the job done.

“What we noticed with our operations yesterday (Sunday) is that residents were using caution out on the roads.
