(WJET/WFXP)-- ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula has been recalled in several states, including Pennsylvania, after more than a dozen cases of botulism have been reported, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The DOH said ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula has been connected to 13 botulism cases in 10 different states, including one from Pennsylvania that was hospitalized in October and is still recovering.

The FDA and health agencies from several other states are investigating the outbreak in the milk-based powder formula with iron for children from birth to 12 months.
