JOHNSTON, Iowa ( KCCI ) - A Des Moines man faces charges after police say he drove a truck through the front of a Pagliai’s Pizza Sunday night, KCCI reports.

Security camera footage shows people eating when the truck crashed into the building, hitting a table and sending several people falling to the floor.

Johnston police say two people were hurt, and one went to the hospital with minor injuries.

Edward Jones III, of Des Moines, is charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense, and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

According to court documents, he had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and could not “comprehend simple instructions” from officers.
