SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 Sports) - After losing by 40 at Minnesota on Friday, the Utah Jazz gave the Timberwolves a much better game on Monday, but in the end, the Jazz still came up short.
Anthony Edwards had 35 points and six assists as the Timberwolves beat the Jazz 120-113 on Monday night for Minnesota's second win over Utah in four days.
Minnesota, which beat Utah 137-97 on Friday and topped Sacramento 144-117 on Sunday, has won three straight games and five of its last six. The Jazz have now lost four in a row.
"Another night where I feel like there's way more good than bad," said Jazz head coach Will Hardy. "We won the first half. We won the fourth quarter. The game got away from us in the third quarter. But I think our team is playing really hard."
Edwards posted his ninth straight
