2 men accused of dealing cocaine on Staten Island; 1 was previously arrested in bizarre catcher’s gear incident

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that two men sold cocaine to an undercover officer in Tompkinsville.

One of the men, Steven Huscha, 48, of Jewett Avenue in Port Richmond, had a bizarre standoff with police more than a decade ago when he lived in Dongan Hills.
