LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. —
There's good news to share about a scary moment for a teenager who collapsed in the middle of a baseball game in Lawrenceburg last month.
In a post on Facebook, the Lawrenceburg Police Department says it happened while K-9 Sgt. Gregory Cannon was off-duty and coaching his son's baseball team. One of the players, running from first to second base, suddenly collapsed.
Cannon immediately started CPR while directing others on ways to help while waiting for first responders to arrive with an AED.
The teen was flown to Cincinnati Children's, where he was stabilized.
