Inconsiderate motorists are being slammed by residents for blocking the junction of a continuous footway.

In an image captured on Monday November 10 at around 4pm, a black Kia Sportage appears to be parked right on the junction connecting Roseburn Place with Roseburn Street.

Locals have complained the issue has been ongoing ever since Edinburgh Council installed the continuous footway and removed the yellow lines which previously marked the road junction.

One local dad said "its like this daily" and added "it's very frustrating."

They said the issue needed to be highlighted to the council as "no one seems to be taking any responsibility."
