Evansville Police arrest a man on murder and domestic battery charges.

The arrest follows a shots fired run in the 5500 block of Carriage Drive.

When officers arrived on scene, they located the victim, who was transported to a local hospital but did not survive his injuries.

Detectives learned that the suspect, 21-year-old Drasean A. Hogan, was at the home and got into an argument with his girlfriend.

Officials say the when the father of a child in the house arrived to pick up the child Hogan allegedly shot him multiple times before fleeing the scene.
