COOS BAY, Ore. - A Coos Bay man faces nine charges following a tragic DUII crash last summer that resulted in the death of a 12-year-old girl.
AntiWone Julest Wright, 32, was charged on Monday with second-degree manslaughter, DUII, three counts of endangering another person, two counts of fourth-degree assault, reckless driving, and second-degree criminal mischief.
The crash took place on August 30 on Highway 101 in Coos Bay. Hadley Campbell, the 12-year-old victim, died in the accident. Her 10-year-old sister and their mother sustained injuries.
Hadley Campbell's obituary described her as kind-hearted, with a love for fishing, gymnastics, and softball. Her family shared that she wanted bright and happy colors at her celebration of life to ensure people wouldn't feel sad.
