PORTLAND, Ore. - A Lebanon man is facing serious charges after being linked to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on social media platforms, including Instagram and Telegram.

According to Homeland Security Investigations, Jeremy Russell Bodell, 52, has been charged with possession of child pornography. Bodell was identified through a phone number associated with multiple CSAM trading groups on Telegram, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon.

On Nov. 7, law enforcement executed a federal search warrant at Bodell’s residence. They seized his cell phone, which contained evidence of CSAM, including saved images and videos, according to federal court records.
