Employee health and breast panel test insourcing projects earned the top prizes at the Onvida Health Quality of Fame Awards on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
This year’s annual awards recognized 20 employee-driven projects for their commitment to improving Onvida’s overall quality of operations, care, service and efficiency.
Six years ago, department leaders led 12 goal-oriented projects to facilitate operational improvements around the hospital system. That number grew to 75 projects the following year, many of them driven by employees, and it’s eclipsed 400 every year since.
