CLEMSON — Clemson basketball will face a familiar nonconference opponent to end its three-game homestand.

Clemson (2-0) hosts Morehead State (1-2) on Tuesday (7 p.m. ET, ACC Network Extra) at Littlejohn Coliseum. These teams last met in the 2023 NIT Tournament at Clemson where the Eagles upset the No. 1 seeded Tigers, winning 68-64 to win their first NIT game.

Clemson has two players left on its roster who played in that game: guard Dillon Hunter and forward RJ Godfrey.

The Tigers had immense roster turnover this offseason, bringing in six transfer portal players and four high school recruits to join three returning players, but have started the 2025-26 season undefeated after routing New Hampshire and Gardner-Webb.
