St. Petersburg residents allowed to stay in apartment units after failed fire inspections, new order says

Some residents at a St. Petersburg apartment complex who thought they had just days to move out are now being told they can stay — at least for now — according to the latest cease and desist order issued by the Florida State Fire Marshal.
