The brother of a man found dead after a shootout with Miami Police officers last month was arrested for allegedly opening fire on another vehicle during a road-rage incident, police said.
Alan Henry Triana, 23, was arrested Sunday on charges including aggravated assault with a firearm, shooting a deadly missile, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, cocaine possession, aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia, Miami-Dade jail records showed. Triana was already out on bond following his arrest last month on charges of attempted tampering with physical evidence, possession of armor piercing ammunition, improper exhibition of a firearm or weapon, and felony harassment of a witness
