BLAINE, Maine (WABI) - Human remains found in Blaine nearly two weeks ago have been identified as a woman who went missing from Mars Hill in July.

According to the Maine State Police, The Office of Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta confirmed that the body found in Blaine is Tomis Hoyt, 36, of the Presque Isle area.

Officials said a resident in Blaine reported finding the remains on October 30.

The cause of death is still under review.
