DETROIT — Juke Harris (Salisbury) had 19 points and six rebounds on Tuesday in Wake Forest’s overtime loss to Michigan at Little Caesars Arena.
Wake and Juke started slowly, but the Deacons overcame a double-digit deficit and made it a thriller. No. 7 Michigan (2-0) won 85-84.
Harris shot 6-for-14. He made all of his five free throws and made two 3-pointers.
Wake Forest (2-1), picked 11th out of 18 in the ACC preseason poll, owns home wins over American (88-74) and Morehead State (81-65).
