A monstrous serial killer transformed his lorry into a chamber of torture, slaughtering over 50 young girls and women in a chilling spree of wickedness - even leaving a perverse message for the parents of one of his victims. ‌

Robert Ben Rhoades, dubbed the "Truck Stop Killer", preyed on his female victims during his reign of terror in the US between 1975-1990. His victims were often vulnerable hitchhikers, sex workers, or lone young women at lorry stops. ‌
