TWIN FALLS COUNTY, Idaho — Rep. Lance Clow, R-Twin Falls, announced he will resign from his position in the Idaho House of Representatives effective at the end of November.
Clow, in a Nov. 12 letter, wrote that his resignation comes with “mixed emotions," as he is dealing with “health limitations” that affect his ability to serve constituents at “the level I expect of myself.”
Clow said he decided not to seek re-election in 2026. He submitted his letter of resignation from Seat A, District 25, to the Idaho House of Representatives the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 12.
The 78-year-old has served in Twin Falls politics for 32 years – first as a member of the city council, then as mayor, and later as a state representative.
