UNION COUNTY, Georgia — A Dallas law partner and SMU law professor has been reported missing while hiking the Appalachian Trail in Georgia.
The Union County Sheriff's Office said Charles Hosch, a 67-year-old Dallas lawyer, is missing.
Hosch was last seen on Nov. 11 at the Byron Herbert Reece Trailhead, a hiking path along the Appalachian Trail by Blood Mountain in Georgia. When he was seen, he was wearing khaki pants, a camel color sweater and a dark green jacket.
Hosch, a Harvard Law School graduate, is the co-founder of Hosch & Morris, PLLC, in Dallas. He is also an adjunct professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law.
