Next year is going to be a busy time at M3, the 81-storey mega building located in Mississauga’s downtown core being built by Rogers Real Estate Development and Urban Capital as part of their M City initiative.

Last month, the two organizations held a celebration to mark the “topping off” of the project’s third tower, and with that job done, the builders can now focus on the final phase of completing this ambitious project.

The entire M City project involves the construction of eight condominium towers: M1 and M2 which are fully occupied and M3, M4 and M5 which are in various stages of construction.
