A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a teenager found guilty of outraging public decency. Callum Green was found guilty at trial after denying the common law charge of outraging public decency, in a Hartlepool play area.

On Friday, November 14, Green was due to be sentenced at Teesside Magistrates' Court . However, the 19-year-old, of Alston Street, Hartlepool, failed to attend the court.

Neil Taylor, for Green, said the teen had been taken to hospital by his mother, which is why he was unable to attend the sentencing hearing. Earlier this year, Green was found guilty of carrying out a sex act using a 'rocking horse' and a branch in Burn Valley Gardens in the town on the morning of October 19, 2024.
