A 44-year-old man won’t face charges after shooting another man to death in a road rage incident that happened in 2022 in Littleton after the Attorney General’s Office concluded his actions were in self-defense.
Shane Miller was legally justified in using deadly force against Eric Rexford, 38, after Rexford immobilized Miller’s car after repeatedly ramming it in various locations throughout Littleton as he chased Miller, according to a report released on the investigation.
The details of the Sep. 16, 2024, shooting are outlined in a 33-page report released by the Attorney General’s Office.
