FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas - Former NBA player Patrick Beverley was arrested Friday in Fort Bend County, Texas, according to court records.

Bond for Beverley was set at $40,000.

Fort Bend deputies responded to the 5500 block of Lady Lyle Way, in Rosharon, Fort Bend County, for a report of assault, they said.

According to the sheriff's office, they found that a violent incident had happened between family members.
