FARGO — Last season, the Fargo Davies football team walked off of the Fargodome turf after coming up one step short of its ultimate goal.
This year, the Eagles walked off that same turf as state champions.

Kolten Tesch — as he has much of the season — played a starring role for the Eagles. The senior rushed for three touchdowns and 214 yards on 12 carries.
“It’s so special,” Tesch said. “We’ve been working our tails off all season. All of last season after we lost it. It just feels so good.”
