Amid the ongoing legal dispute over Sunjay Kapur's will, Karisma Kapoor's daughter Samaira told the Delhi High Court her university fees in the US have been unpaid for two months. Priya Kapur, Sunjay's widow, denies the claim, calling it "fabricated", while the court urged restraint, saying it doesn't want the proceedings to get "melodramatic".

The bench of Justice Jyoti Singh's remark followed submissions by Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, who represents Karisma Kapoor's children.
