A house in Monroe Township that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Monroe in Middlesex County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 20 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $606,276, or $306 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 3 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $601K, single-family residence at 35 Brighton Court

A 1,996-square-foot single-family house at 35 Brighton Court in Monroe Township, has been sold. The total purchase price was $601,000, $301 per square foot. The house was built in 1997. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
