At least one person was shot late Friday in Upper Darby.
That was a 25-year-old male with a gunshot wound to a leg. One of the township officers applied a tourniquet to that leg before the victim was transported to a hospital, according to police radio traffic.

Officers just off Hampden Road reported hearing multiple shots fired about 11:15 p.m. Officers converged behind George’s Water Ice, 7150 Marshall Road, where two witnesses were found.
Soon, the man with the leg wound was found.
Police began closing off Hampden and Marshall roads. Soon, more units were needed for crowd control as officers attempted to establish a crime scene.
