Learn how to shuck oysters with Smack Shack

MINNEAPOLIS — If you're from the Midwest, there's a decent chance you've never learned to properly shuck an oyster — until now.

The Smack Shack is now offering oyster shucking classes at both its North Loop and Bloomington locations.

For $65, shuckers will learn about oysters and their importance to aquaculture, while getting a dozen oysters to shuck and eat, an oyster knife and glove to keep and some beverage pairings along the way.
