BEMIDJI — Despite wanting to end the season on a high note, Winona State was just too tough for the Bemidji State volleyball team.
The Beavers were swept 3-0 at the BSU Gymnasium, losing 25-17, 25-18 and 25-21. Bemidji State ends the season 13th in the NSIC with a 7-21 overall record.
Nevaeh Carlson led the team in kills with 10, while Lily Riese picked up nine.
Madison Tripp led the team in assists with 19. Kylie Struble had 14 digs for the Beavers, followed by Anna Paquette with nine.
Jada Wlodarczyk picked up two aces, while Paquette and Madison Tripp had one each. Isabella Vander Velden led BSU with three blocks, while Katrina Thompson and Ava Athman blocked one apiece.
