On Sunday at 12:53 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from 10 a.m. until Monday 1 p.m. for Venango, Clarion and Jefferson counties.

The weather service adds to be ready for, "Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph."

"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute," describes the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling.
