Week 12 of the 2025 college football delivered some chaos, which means movement in my top 25 rankings.

For the fifth consecutive season, I’m an Associated Press Top 25 voter. And each week, I’ll be sharing my full ballot, explaining why I ranked everything the way I did.

The official AP Top 25 poll will be published on Sunday afternoon. But before that drops, here’s my complete AP ballot after Week 12.

1. Ohio State (1): The Buckeyes smoked UCLA, 48-10. Nothing to see here. Ohio State is still the best team in college football, as things stand.

2. Indiana (2): Fernando Mendoza completed 22 of 24 passes (92%) for 299 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions in a 31-7 win vs. Wisconsin. The legend grows.
