WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Burke County Sheriff’s Office and Waynesboro Police Department responded near A Street Sunday evening for a shooting.

Officials with the Burke County Sheriff’s Office told us that there are possibly multiple people shot.

We have a crew on the way to the scene, and there are no other available details right now.

There was a shooting last week in Waynesboro in the area of A Street as well .
