The Emmy-Winning Musician Is Selling Her French Normandy Revival Estate
A musician long tied to Prince’s legacy is preparing to leave the Los Angeles home she has owned for four decades. Lisa Coleman, a keyboardist for the Revolution and half of the Emmy-winning duo Wendy & Lisa, has listed her Hollywoodland residence for just under $3 million.
The property, built in 1927 by architect Charles David Grolle, is a French Normandy Revival-style home with storybook touches, featuring turreted elements, curved rooms, and nearly a half-acre of terraced grounds. Coleman, 65, and her wife of 21 years, music producer and manager Renata Kanclerz, listed the home for sale earlier this month. Tina Marie Phan and Howard Stevens of Nourmand & Associates hold the listing.
