We're starting our Monday off seasonably, with mostly clear skies and temperatures in the upper-20s. Temperatures will stay around average for mid-November, with highs getting to 46 degrees in Madison. Although we see a fair amount of sunshine for the first half of the day, a low-pressure system to our south will slowly build in some cloud cover throughout this afternoon. Late this evening, a few rain showers begin, becoming more widespread through the early morning hours of our Tuesday. As we cool off overnight, some of this precipitation will start to come down as flurries or even light snow showers.
