POTSDAM, New York (WWNY) - The Potsdam Police Department arrested a woman for DWI after she allegedly drove across a sidewalk and through someone’s backyard.

According to the Police, they received a complaint of someone who had driven over a sidewalk and into someone else’s backyard on November 16th at about 11 PM on Bay Street.

Lillianna Kingsley, 22, of Fort Edward, was arrested for driving on a sidewalk, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI- BAC 0.18 or higher. It’s alleged that Kingsley had a blood alcohol content of 0.2% at the time of the incident.

Kingsley was released with an appearance ticket to Potsdam Town Court on December 3rd.
