A retail expert has shared the one thing you should do NOW to prepare for Black Friday in order to get best deals.

Emma Collins, 49, said it's easy to get side-tracked or panic buy on the day - but instead you should make a list of what you need ahead of time.

She recommended you don't overlook in-person stores - as often there are deals there which aren't shown online.

But her top tip is to subscribe now to the loyalty programs and mailing lists of any stores you might want to visit - as they often give additional Black Friday discounts that way.
