The Steelers hold a one-game lead over the Ravens in the AFC North, but it’s the Ravens who remain heavy favorites to win the division and make the playoffs.
The Ravens are currently the No. 10 seed in the AFC and out of the playoff picture, but they currently have a 79% chance of making the playoffs and a 77% chance of winning the division, according to The New York Times postseason simulator. NFL.com gives the Ravens similar odds, with a 77% chance to make the playoffs.
The Steelers, meanwhile, despite being the No. 4 seed in the AFC at the moment, have their odds set at 35% to make the playoffs and at 22% to win the division.
The reason behind the lopsided percentages are the remaining schedules for both teams. The Ravens have home games in each of the next two weeks against the 2-8
