LAURENTIAN VALLEY TWP. — A pair of Nova Scotia residents have been arrested and charged after police recovered a stolen vehicle from a hunting camp in Laurentian Valley Township.
The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was notified about a suspicious vehicle at an abandoned hunt camp on the morning of Nov. 15, 2025. At the scene, police recovered a pickup truck stolen from Trois Rivieres, Que. and also took two poeple into custody.

According to police, they also seized stolen credit and debit cards.
A 30-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, both of Nova Scotia, were both charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
